MBSRT - Teen Group
Mindful Self-Compassion-Based Resilience Training (MSBRT) for teens offers a supportive space to build emotional strength, reduce stress, and develop healthy coping skills. Through guided practices, group discussions, and mindfulness techniques, teens learn how to navigate challenges with greater self-awareness, confidence, and compassion. These sessions are designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and a strong sense of self in a safe and empowering group setting.
