MSBRT - Classes for teens

What is MSBRT?

Mindful Self-Compassion-Based Resilience Training (MSBRT) integrates mindfulness practices with proven psychological strategies to enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness. It empowers teens to treat themselves with kindness during difficult moments, rather than judgment or self-criticism.

Supportive. Empowering. Transformational.

Our MSBRT Teen Group Program is a guided journey that helps adolescents build inner strength, manage stress, and develop lasting emotional resilience. Rooted in the principles of mindfulness and self-compassion, this program is designed specifically for teens navigating the unique pressures of adolescence.
