My Journey to Connect to Wellbeing

I’m a certified health and wellness life coach, mindfulness teacher, and yoga instructor—guided by both lived experience and years of study in the science and art of healing. Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon—a place shaped by both beauty and instability—I learned early how to push forward, stay strong, and achieve. I earned an MBA, moved to the U.S., built a family,and checked all the boxes. But in the quiet moments, I felt a growing sense of disconnection.

I was constantly in motion, meeting everyone else’s needs while silently carrying anxiety, chronic headaches, and emotional exhaustion. Like so many of us, I faced life’s inevitable challenges and losses, each one calling me to pause and look within. That’s when I discovered the power of yoga, breath work, and mindfulness—practices that reconnected me to my body, softened my mind, and revealed the strength I had within.

What Guides My Work

What began as personal healing grew into a deeper calling. I immersed myself in coaching, NLP, psychology, neuroscience, and somatic tools—combining ancient wisdom with modern science to create an approach that is holistic, grounded, and deeply human.

Today, I draw on both my professional training and lived experience to guide others in their own healing and growth. Because I know firsthand: transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from reconnecting to who you really are.

reclaim their strength, reconnect with themselves, and live with clarity, courage, and purpose.

You simply need to be willing to take the first step inward.

Mindfulness at the Core

Mindfulness is at the heart of everything I offer. It’s not just a practice—it’s a way of being that brings presence, compassion, and resilience into every aspect of life.

This foundation inspired my Mindfulness-Based Stress Resilience Training (MBSRT) program—a guided journey especially created for teens and young adults to develop emotional strength, self-awareness, and lifelong tools to navigate stress with greater ease and confidence.
