Mindful Movers (Ages 6–8)

In this fun and engaging yoga class designed just for kids ages 6 to 8, we blend movement, mindfulness, and imagination to help children explore their bodies, minds, and emotions in a playful yet meaningful way.

Through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and creative storytelling, kids learn how to move with awareness, build strength and flexibility, and calm their busy minds. Each class is centered around real-life themes like kindness, focus, confidence, and self-expression—presented in ways kids can understand and apply in their daily lives.

Whether we’re stretching like trees, breathing like dragons, or flowing through a jungle adventure, this class inspires imagination while helping kids develop emotional intelligence, body awareness, and healthy habits for life.
